FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: exercise appliance belongs to devices put on the body of an athlete training and intended for muscles strengthening by way of doing physical and training exercises. The exercise appliance contains vessels on flexible bonds with heavy loaders and fixtures for the athlete's body. The vessels are shaped in the form of tubes of a flexible material, filled with sand and plugged at the ends. The tubes length is less than or comparable with that of the athlete's limbs parts such as the shoulder, forearm, calf and knee as well as the spine. The exercise appliance design is intended for attachment to the athlete's body rear part and matches the basic outlines of the athlete's skeleton through the tubes positioning along the head, arms and legs as well as along the spine between the shoulders and along the spine with additional engagement of the athlete's waist and head.
EFFECT: novel exercise appliance space-efficiency as well as operation simplicity ensured through attachment to the body of the person training.
