FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials and specifically to autoclaved lightweight concrete. The autoclave concrete mixture which contains cement, lime, sand, a foaming additive and water contains cement in form of portland cement, lime in form of ground quick lime, sand in form of sludge with density of approximately 1.6 kg/l, obtained through combined grinding with wastes - foam breakages formed when breaking down and sorting finished foam blocks, to specific surface area of 280-300 m2/kg, with the following ratio of components in wt %: portland cement 26.78-30.78, said lime 5.55-6.3, said sand 25.33-26.50, said wastes 5.8-7.4, foaming additive 0.37-0.39, water 32.17-32.63.
EFFECT: higher bending strength, lower coefficient of thermal conductivity.
