SUBSTANCE: mixture for autoclave foam concrete contains the following components, wt %: portland cement 21.41 - 23.99, ground quick lime 3.45 - 3.59, sand in the form of sludge with density of 1.6 kg/l, ground to specific surface of 290 m2/kg 45.17 - 47.05, waste condensate 8.34 - 8.4, foaming additive on protein base Addiment SB 31L 0.23 - 0.24, nepheline sludge ground to specific surface of 430 m2/kg 5.2 - 5.58, water 13.62 - 13.73.
EFFECT: increased coefficient of steam permeability and compression strength after autoclave treatment.
