FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials and particularly to autoclave-cured foam concrete. The mixture for making autoclave foam concrete, which contains portland cement, ground unslaked lime, sand, cut-off wastes formed when cutting foam material, a protein-based foaming additive and water, also contains sludge with density of 1.6 kg/l and specific surface area of 290 m2/kg, obtained by combined grinding of sand with cut-off wastes and additionally nepheline sludge as binder, which is ground to specific surface area of 430 m2/kg, with the following ratio of components, wt %: portland cement 21.97-24.54, said nepheline sludge 5.2-5.58, said lime 3.45-3.59, said sand 26.8-27.8, said foaming additive 0.23-0.24, said cut-off wastes 18.37-19.25, water 21.41-21.57.
EFFECT: high strength and low coefficient of thermal conductivity.
