FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: sensor of loose material flow rate comprises an elastic element in the form of a plate, which is rigidly connected at the right angle to the vertical line, and the opposite edge of the elastic element in the form of a plate is rigidly connected with a flat reflector at the angle to the vertical line equal to the angle of natural slope of loose material. The primary converter is an optron in analogue mode with an air communication channel, where there is a curtain, one edge of which is connected to the plate, and a temperature sensor integrated into the optron design. The output voltage of the optron is connected to the input of a DC amplifier, the output of which is connected with plates of the flat capacitor, which via isolators are accordingly rigidly fixed on the fixed support at the right angle to the vertical line and on the elastic element in the form of a plate, and the output of the sensor.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of loose material flow rate sensor operation when it is used in systems of automatic control and measurement, and in remote measurements.
