SUBSTANCE: invention relates to information technology, specifically to an expert-analytical information system for organisation of remote rating and completion of legal acts. System comprises integrated data transmission network decomposition server, at least one information storage unit and at least one remote automated workstation of registered user-expert, interaction between decomposition server, server for authentication of parties, server for description and processing problem fragments, server for description and processing of author fragments, server of rating and server for operation results forming is performed by means of a local area network built on Ethernet technology.
EFFECT: technical result is increased efficiency of system operation when generating regulatory documents.
