SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to oncology, and can be used in treating patients with lung cancer. For this purpose sessions of HBO are carried out immediately before introduction of chemical medications to patient at pressure 1.3 atm. for 30 min daily during 5 days. On the first day kemoplat in dose 75 mg/m² of patient's body, diluted in 0.9% solution of sodium chloride is introduced to patient. On the first, third and fifth day fytosid in doze 120 mg/m² of patient's body, diluted in 0.9% solution of sodium chloride, is also introduced to patient intravenously by drop infusion.

EFFECT: method ensures efficient treatment of said pathology with simultaneous reduction of toxicity of chemical preparations due to selected scheme of carrying out HBO and intravenous introduction of chemical preparations at this background, which contributes to increase of oxygen capacity of liquid media of organism and as a result, ability to compensate metabolic requirements of organism for oxygen.
