SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, to devices and methods of therapeutic and health-improving prophylactic massage. Bundle for massage contains fabric sac with composition of medicinal herbs with handle, made from hard material in form of conic rod with thickened tip, made in form of convex external and concave internal spherical surfaces, which enters sac. Sac is tied in lower part of conic rod. Method, performed by means of said bundles, includes their heating and performing impact on patient's body. As bundles cool, massage process is accelerated, with performing petrissage, rocking, vibration, after each impact bundles are rolled with clasping with side surfaces -pressing in acupuncture points. After that, rubbing is performed with preliminary application of oil, for instance, cedar, on massaged surface.

EFFECT: invention ensures recovery of trophic processes in skin, subcutaneous-fatty cellular tissue, improvement of metabolism, increase of microcirculation, enhancement of muscular tone, saturation of organism with micro and macroelements due to fixed hard handle of sac with herbs, providing possibility of its rolling on massage surface.
