SUBSTANCE: heat pump of the ethanol rectification device includes an alcohol-type vapour removal line from a rectification column, which attaches it to an evaporator through an intermediate heat exchanger by connecting it through the heat carrier circulation line that additionally includes a heat exchanger and a coil of bottom of column, a line of cooling agent supply to the evaporator through a throttle valve from the compressor. Downstream of the compressor, it is divided into parallel branches, one of which passes through the heat exchanger installed in the heat carrier circulation line. The other branch is provided with a heat exchanger with a supply line of initial water-alcohol mixture, which passes through it, to the bottom of the rectification column. Branches of the line are combined to one common supply line of cooling agent to the evaporator, which is connected to the evaporator coil through the throttle valve, in which a heat exchanger is installed with the removal line of cooling agent from the evaporator to the compressor, which passes through it. The invention ensures the increase in the effective use of heat energy, resource saving and improvement of the environmental situation.
EFFECT: invention allows reducing power consumption for heating of water-alcohol mixture in the condenser of the heat pump; saving material resources for production of cooling water; reducing the emissions related to production of heating medium to perform the alcohol rectification process in comparison to the conventional method.
