SUBSTANCE: steam power plant includes a bypass pipeline that connects a live steam pipeline to a waste steam pipeline so that the flow passage is possible; at that, in the bypass pipeline there located is a bypass desuperheater that cools down the steam in the bypass pipeline at emergency shutdown, startup or at the stop.
EFFECT: invention allows reducing the cost of a steam power plant owing to using cheaper materials for the bypass pipeline.
