FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: sound supply device for an atomic-force microscope with acoustic specimen excitation includes sound emitter (1), and namely an ultrasonic test head and has the possibility of supplying acoustic waves shaped using the sound emitter to the specimen body (P) for its acoustic excitation. Sound supply device includes liquid tank (3), the inner space (1) of which is intended for being filled and/or is filled with liquid (2); lower side (U) of the specimen body can be located and/or is located with possibility of transverse movement on the liquid tank; end (4) of the sound emitter, which is meant for supply of acoustic waves to the specimen body, is located in inner space of the liquid tank, and/or acoustic waves can be transferred to the inner space with that end, and some part of the inner space of the liquid tank, which is located between that end and lower side of the specimen body, has the possibility of being fully filled and/or is filled with liquid.
EFFECT: improving reliability.
