FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to devices for audiometric examination. Device contains control unit, made with possibility of simultaneous formation of two different auditory stimuli, electroacoustic converters for simultaneous bringing to patient of said stimuli in modes of bringing through air and through bone, lead electrodes and amplification channel for synchronous neuroelectric patient's activity on hairy part of head skin. Control unit is additionally made with possibility of processing and analysis of neuroelectric activity for obtaining result of primary hearing testing for identification of hearing impairment, if such exists, and differentiation whether type of hearing impairment is conductive or sensorineural and/or for assessment of obtained result.
EFFECT: application of invention ensures increase of quickness and efficiency of identification of type of hearing impairment due to recording and analysis of induced auditory potentials.
