FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. Casting mould is heated to 550-650°C. Then, mould is withdrawn from the furnace to apply palster containing in wt % the following components: industrial oil - 70-80, graphite powder - 10-15, ultrafine powder of metal oxides - 10-15. Then, multicomponent lead-containing bronze is poured into casing mould to be cooled to ambient air temperature.
EFFECT: efficient removal of gases from fused metal, homogenised structure over casting section.
