FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method includes heating of casting mold up to temperature 280-320°C. On heated surface of mould it is applied rendering coat of compound, wt %: industrial oil 80-85, soot of metals oxides 15-20. Into mould it is poured leaded bronze and cooled up to room temperature on air.
EFFECT: effectiveness increase of gas freeing from molten metal, structure alignment by section of casting, increasing of mechanical properties of castings.
