FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to machining, particularly, to metal cutting tools. Fastener consists of top and bottom parts with cutting plate secured there between. Coolant grooves are made under cutting plate base at fastener bottom while at fastener top cooling fluid holes are made to spray said fluid and to force its flow between chips and cutting edge. Cutting plate cutting edge is located above the start edge of friction heat and chip heat perception surface of fastener top section by 0.1-0.5 mm. Cutting plate comprises plug-in cutting parts and locking surface aligned with fastener top and bottom part locking surfaces. Fastener bottom part is provided with locking surface mating those of bogy locking.
EFFECT: decreased friction and heat removal from cutting plate.
