FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Proposed of method of reconditioning turbo machine element of metal based on nickel, cobalt, iron or titanium with protective coating from aluminium, zirconium, yttrium oxide or tungsten carbide, adjoining said element and having thickness of 0.05-0.5 mm, comprises inspecting turbo machine elements to reveal areas with faulty adhesion between protective coating and said element and eliminating revealed defects. Adhesion defects are eliminated by laser beam with mean power not exceeding 100 W directed at every area with said defect to case local melting of protective layer and said element to produce sound adhesion there between after cooling of every area after switching off of said laser. Proposed method is used for reconditioning turbo machine blade.
EFFECT: efficient elimination.
