FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: system comprises a control unit and a thermoelectric unit, comprising a base with a heat insulation gasket with one or more through holes for installation of one or more thermoelectric assemblies, comprising a thermoelectric battery installed between the joined external radiator-heat exchanger, which is directly pressed to the plate of the thermoelectric battery and the inner radiator-heat exchanger, which is pressed to its other plate via a heat conductor, extended to formation of a gap with the value of 1-5 mm between the base and the surface of the external radiator. On radiators there are DC fans installed, at the same time minus terminals of both fans of basic assembly via a control unit switch are connected to a minus terminal of its source of supply, a plus terminal of the inner radiator fan is connected to the plus terminal of the source of supply, and the plus terminal of the external radiator fan is connected with the output terminal of the switchboard, onto which during operation of the unit in the heating mode the negative polarity of thermoelectric battery supply is installed.
EFFECT: increased cold efficiency in the mode of cooling and increased reliability in the heating mode, reduced consumption of power, dimensions.
