FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology for production of artificial mineralized water household purposes and can be used for preparing artificial mineralised drinking water seasonal purposes. That is ensured by correction of ionic composition of initial water and inserting K2SO4 and magnesium salts to a given content of cations K+, Mg2+ and anions SO4 2-, Cl-. Initial water is used demineralised water, pH of which is set within 6.5-6.9. When preparing mineralised water spring-autumn purpose in demineralised water with pH value is introduced salt MgSO4, K2SO4, ZnSO4, Cr2(SO4)3, NaCl, CaCl2 and KI in amount which provides content of cations K+=9-11 mg/l, Na+=9-11 mg/l, Mg2+ = 26-30 mg/l, Ca2+ = 14-18 mg/l, Zn2+ = 0.5-0.7 mg/l, Cr3+ = 0.03-0.035 mg/l and anions of I- = 0.03-0.035 mg/l, SO4 2- = 116-134 mg/l, Cl- = 48-59 mg/l.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain mineralized drinking water increased physiological adequacy for spring-autumn period.
