FIELD: medicine; food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for preparation of sea iodized edible salt, having preventive action, characteristic for a food salt enriched with a large quantity of macro- and microelements, useful for human body. Sea food salt enriched with magnesium contains sodium and potassium chlorides, anhydrous magnesium sulphate, macro- and microelements, calcium, manganese and iodine. Product sodium, calcium-, potassium-, manganese- and iodine-containing components contains iodized marine edible salt. Components are used at the following ratio, wt %: magnesium sulphate—8.8–9.0; iodized marine food salt—balance.
EFFECT: use of the invention allows to obtain food salt enriched with macro- and microelements, and, accordingly, provide the human body with said elements.
