FIELD: wood-working industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of preparation of plant raw materials, in particular to devices for fibrillation and separation of a wood-fiber semi-finished product, past the grinding stage in knife grinding machines, can be used for the preparation of various fibrous plant semi-finished products, for example in the plate industry. Device includes a base with holes, executed in staggered order, in which are inserted glasses with locking rings in the lower part, and the upper part of the glass is made in the form of successively alternating teeth with a height of 2.1-2.5 mm and an angle at the apex of the tooth of 23-25°, height 1.6-2.0 mm and angle at the top of the tooth 31-32°, height 1.1-1.5 mm and angle at the top of the tooth 42-43°.
EFFECT: developed design of the separator makes it possible to obtain a wood-fiber semi-finished product not only of a uniform granulometric composition, but also with increased specific fibrillation surface due to additional fibrillation.
