SUBSTANCE: inertial sensor has a vibrating element (1) with oppositely lying metal-coated parts (2, 5) which form a variable capacitor (6), a multiplexer/demultiplexer connected to the capacitor, and a low-impedance load circuit connected to the multiplexer/demultiplexer.

EFFECT: deviation compensation irrespective of the position of vibrations relative the device housing.
