FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering for the organization of power supply of critical electrical receivers with electrical energy from two independent mutually redundant three-phase network inputs with an isolated neutral. The device contains input modules, automatic transfer switch and distribution. Each of the two channels of the input module includes input connection blocks based on a sealed connector, surge arresters, insulation monitoring and an input power protective switching device. The automatic transfer switch module is connected to each of the two channels of the input module up to the input power protective switching devices through the impulse noise protection units made in the form of three linear impulse noise protection modules connected to the phase-to-phase voltages of the three-phase system, each of the modules consisting of composite bi-directional limiting diode, fuse, screened isolation transformer and capacitor. The distribution module is equipped with group power protective switching devices. The communication channel with the automated control system provides the transfer of data on the state of the device and the presence of voltage at the inputs to the automated control system of the technological process, as well as remote change of the position of the power protective switching devices and the parameters of the device.
EFFECT: increases stability of power supply to critical electrical receivers when exposed to overvoltage and pulsed electromagnetic interference.
