FIELD: motor industry.
SUBSTANCE: method includes operations of wheel parameters introduction and calculation of correction plane parameters, calculation of masses and positions of correcting weights. Additionally the operation of mass selection for a correcting weight is introduced only for one of correction planes, in which the mass of the correcting weight is selected as lower than the rated one, and also the operation of this weight fixation, two operations of measurement of centrifugal forces, the first of which is carried out after introduction of parameters of a wheel, and the second one - after fixation of the weight. Further on the basis of the available mass of the fixed weight and centrifugal forces before and after introduction of the weight, calculation of specified parameters of correction plane with introduced weight is carried out, further, using the specified parameters of correction plane, the specified calculation of masses and positions of weights is carried out for both planes of correction and their fixation as well. Also in the method including operations of wheel parameters introduction and calculation of correction plane parameters, calculation of masses and positions of correcting weights there may be additionally introduced the following operations: the operation of correcting weight mass value verification in one plane of correction, and if this mass does not exceed the specified value, then immediately weights are fixed in two planes of correction. If this mass exceeds the specified value of mass selection for a correcting weight only for one of correction planes, in which the mass of the correcting weight is selected as lower than the rated one, and also the operation of this weight fixation, two operations of measurement of centrifugal forces, the first of which is carried out before fixation of the weight, and the second one - after fixation of the weight. Further on the basis of the available mass of the fixed weight and centrifugal forces before and after introduction of the weight, calculation of specified parameters of correction plane with introduced weight is carried out, further, using the specified parameters of correction plane, the specified calculation of masses and positions of weights is carried out for both planes of correction and their fixation as well. The method of balancing for a set of several identical wheels is carried out in the following manner. On the first wheel from a set the operations of wheel parameters introduction and calculation of correction plane parameters are carried out, as well as calculation of masses and positions of correcting weights, the operation of selection of the correcting weight mass only for one of correction planes, in which the mass of the correcting weight is selected as lower than the rated one, the operation of this weight fixation, two operations of measurement of centrifugal forces, the first of which is carried out after introduction of wheel parameters, and the second one - after fixation of the weight, then on the basis of the available mass of the fixed weight and centrifugal forces before and after introduction of the weight they calculate the specified parameters of correction plane with the introduced weight, further, using the specified parameters of correction plane, they carry out the specified calculation of masses and positions of weights for both planes of correction and their fixation, and subsequent wheels are balanced, performing operations of centrifugal forces measurement, calculation of correcting weights masses in two planes of correction and fixation of these weights. In the method including operations of wheel parameters introduction and calculation of correction plane parameters, calculation of masses and positions of correcting weights, additionally, operations are carried out on a set of several identical wheels, besides, on the first wheel from a set they carry out operations of wheel parameters introduction and calculation of correction plane parameters, and on each wheel from a set before calculation of specified parameters of correction plane on any of previous wheels they perform calculation of masses and positions of correcting weights, then additionally they perform verification of the value of the mass of correcting weight in one plane of correction, and if this mass does not exceed the specified value, then at once they fix weights in two planes of correction, if this mass exceeds the specified value, the operation of correcting weight mass selection only for one of correction planes, in which they select mass of the correcting weight as less than the rated one, the operation of this weight fixation, two operations of measurement of centrifugal forces, the first of which is performed before fixation of the weight, and the second one - after fixation of the weight. Further on the basis of the available mass of the fixed weight and centrifugal forces before and after introduction of the weight, calculation of specified parameters of correction plane with introduced weight is carried out, further, using the specified parameters of correction plane, the specified calculation of masses and positions of weights is carried out for both planes of correction and their fixation as well, and subsequent wheels are balanced, performing operations of measurements of centrifugal forces, calculation of masses of correcting weights in two planes of correction and fixation of these weights.
