FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: high-temperature heater includes a plate-type heat-dissipating current conductor in the form of a meander formed with dead slots with rounded corners, current supplies and a screen. Current conductor has additional longitudinal slots forming several parallel current conductors. Longitudinal slots are located in the sections with maximum curvature of meander. Quantity, lengths and surface areas of cross sections of parallel current conductors are determined empirically. One of the current supplies is movable, and the heat insulating screen is provided with an additional heat resistant screen.
EFFECT: enlarging temperature range and reducing delayed action of the heater and achieving larger approximation of test conditions of an aircraft to actual tests.
