FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, aviation and rocket and space industries and can be used at the stage of ground laboratory-bench development of structures of aircrafts (AC) and their elements (head cowlings, radiotransparent inserts, windows, etc.) for reproduction of thermal and complex actions imitating operational loads. Disclosed is a method of thermal loading of non-metallic elements of aircraft structures, including contact heating of structure surface, measurement of temperature in control section and uniform pressing of heater to structure through layer of heat insulation. Reproduction of the specified mode of thermal loading is provided by regulation of power of electric current passed through the heater located on the surface of the structure and is a series-parallel relative to electric buses connection of flexible electrically conductive elements. Creation of required distribution of heat energy of thermal field on surface of structure is ensured by appropriate laying of electrically conducting elements of heater according to coordinates of structure, which are made with due allowance for required value of resistance of each separate element of heater, which is determined by calculation method.
EFFECT: improving accuracy of reproducing thermal modes of bench tests of non-metallic elements of aircraft structures, including those having a complex non-axisymmetric geometric shape of the heated surface.
