FIELD: aircraft engineering.
SUBSTANCE: reproduction of aerodynamic heating allow the setting of temperature fields of aircraft elements like solids of revolution at minimum power losses and uniform thermal loading in the article cross-section. Claimed process differs from known designs in that it allows the setting of temperature fields over the article height if the temperature in one cross-section and geometrical sizes are known. Claimed process comprises the arbitrary division of the article surface into sectors in its circle, determination of the depth of sectors by electric resistance, wiring of electrically conducting ply on the article outer surface, arranging the current conducting buses and jacket of heat insulating jacket.
EFFECT: higher accuracy and validity of tests.
