FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a sweetening composition comprising erythritol, sugar, rebaudioside A and rebaudioside D. Rebaudioside A is present in an amount of about 0.01 % to about 1.25 % of the total weight of the composition, rebaudioside D is present in amount of 0.05 % to approximately 2.5 % of the weight of the whole composition and rebaudioside D is present in a greater percentage by weight than rebaudioside A. Also disclosed is a method of producing said composition.
EFFECT: invention ensures production of a low-calorie product.
