FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, particularly to the production of beverages. A beverage comprises an inclusion complex of substantially pure terpene glycoside and at least one cyclodextrin, the solubility of the inclusion complex being greater than the solubility of the substantially pure terpene glycoside. Further, methods are provided for increasing the solubility of substantially pure terpene glycoside, comprising mixing the substantially pure terpene glycoside with at least one cyclodextrin to form at least one inclusion complex.
EFFECT: present invention increases biological activity of beverages and improves beverage taste.
