SUBSTANCE: group of inventions includes a secondary element for fixation on and/or in a dental implant, a dental implant kit, a package containing a kit, and a set for dental implantation, refers to medicine and is intended for use in the field of dentistry. The secondary element adapted for mounting the auxiliary or tertiary element comprises a housing with a receptacle inside and a secondary element screw that is configured to be installed or installed in the receptacle. The secondary element, in particular the secondary element housing and/or the secondary element screw, has a screw-in device for screwing tool mounting. The contour is preferably formed by the secondary element housing for screwing of the dental implant connected to the secondary element into the jawbone. The secondary element screw has a self-retaining structure for the screwing tool. The kit includes a dental implant and a secondary element pre-mounted in the dental implant.
