FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to dentistry, and can be used for implant prosthodontics. A dental implant with an internal cone provided with a dead-end axial hole having a section in the form of a truncated cone and an internal thread on its closed end, is designed for receipt of the denture to be rigidly fixed on an implant head. The dead-end axial hole comprises a prismatic section limited by a portion in the form of a truncated cone and designed to position the denture and to fix its orientation in relation to the implant. On en external surface, the implant head comprises a first prismatic end portion adjacent to a second portion in the form of a truncated cone limiting the first portion in a radial direction and forming an external support for the denture. An angle of a generating line of the second portion in the form of a truncated cone and an implant axis makes 10°-20°. The group of inventions also comprises a set consisting of a dental implant, an auxiliary morphological part and a denture. Each end of the denture and end of the auxiliary morphological part are supported at least partially by the implant head and comprises a portion with its internal surface being a truncated cone and matched with the portion in the form of a truncated cone of the implant head.

EFFECT: provided correct position and orientation of the dentures to be certainly fixed, as well as better support to the dentures on the implant heads.
