SUBSTANCE: implant (1) contains parabolic main body (2), which has threaded system with at least two cutting grooves and parabolic bottom of the thread, arranged coronal to the threaded system upper part (4) with an opening (7) for the instrument for screwing and thread (8) for fastening and fixing of dental crowns, bridges and alike constructions along with barrel-shaped intraosteal part (11) and if necessary conical part (14) and/ or a cap (16). Angle between the flanks of the lateral sides of the threads profile of the thread system is 20°. Upper part (4) is cylindrical and has a coronal to the thread (3) polished area (5) pins and lying between then around the circle grooves. Thread system on the main body (2) is restricted by parabolas (P3, P4); and the tops of the thread profiles are restricted by parabolas (P1, P2), which beyond the zone of the dental implant (1) form a cross point with thread system running from the top to the crest with imperceptibly decreasing depth of thread. Thread system reaches up to the upper part (4). Transition from the main body (2) to the barrel-shaped intraosteal part (11) is made round, and cutting grooves (12) each have maximum depth equal 1/3 of the diameter of the main body, and width, which is at least equal to the width of remaining thread system between cutting grooves.

EFFECT: safe fixation of implant inside intraosteal area.
