SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for evacuation and/or movement of injured people, providing maximum immobility. The device for public evacuation makes it possible for a rescuer (5) to hold and pull an injured person (4) from inside a vehicle or a different place. The device is an extended soft elastic body (1) with a central part (2) and two narrowing ends (3). The central part is designed for wrapping around the neck of the injured person (4). The narrowing ends (3) with the smaller thickness compared to the central part are made as capable of their pulling under both underarms of the injured person (4), so that they come out at its back with the possibility of their gripping by the rescuer. And the central zone (2) surrounds the neck of the injured person. The proposed device is implemented as follows: the central zone (2) is applied onto the injured person throat. The narrowing ends (3) are wrapped around the neck of the injured person and crossed at the back of the injured person head. Ends (3) reach to the breast. The narrowing ends (3) are pulled under the underarms of the injured person, so that they reach at the back of the injured person, and the rescuer pulls them to move the injured person.

EFFECT: invention provides for maximum immobility of an injured person.
