FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: initial components are simultaneously loaded via different proportioners. Sense of rotation of the shafts is changed to equalise the concentrations of said initial components in axial direction and to intensify convective or diffusive mixing owing to combination of large-scale and small-scale active displacement of material particles. Large-scale active displacement of the entire mix in axial direction towards discharge assy and its discharge by small flows allow stable homogeneity of the mix. Shafts of the mixer can change the sense of rotation independently, while bilateral blades with alternating working surfaces of active and passive parts subject to sense of rotation of said shafts.

EFFECT: fast mixing and discharge, higher quality of mixing, lower wear of working surfaces.
