FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: on horizontal connector of a bearing in lower and upper inserts, there made on both sides are pockets, in each of which a diaphragm is installed, which divides the pocket into two cavities which are not interconnected between each other, and one of which is intended for supplied cold lubricant, and the other one - for waste hot lubricant. The above cavities are interconnected with inlet and outlet channels made on outer surface of inserts. In an oil outlet channel of lower insert there are drain holes for removal of hot lubricant from the bearing. The diaphragm supplies cold lubricant flow through a downstream side tangentially for the rotor journal, and it cleans the rotor surface through an upstream side; as a result, hot lubricant is supplied to the upstream cavity of the pocket, discharged to an annular channel of the insert and removed from the bearing through drain holes. Closed outlet channels prevent hot lubricant washing-out of the bearing surface.
EFFECT: improving reliability, economy, reducing friction losses, reducing the required quantity of lubricant, simplifying the design and manufacturing technology.
