FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to obstetrics. Presence of medical history factors is determined: socially-biological risk factors, obstetrics-gynecological history, mother's extragenital diseases, as well as pregnancy factors: pregnancy complications, evaluation of fetus state, detected factors are given point values, contained in description by means of table 1 "Modified scale of perinatal morbidity prediction". Then obtained points are summed up and if sum of points is lower than 15 low degree of perinatal morbidity risk is predicted, if sum of points is from 15 to 25 - middle degree, if sum is higher than 25 - high degree.
EFFECT: increase of accuracy and objectivity of perinatal morbidity and mortality prediction, allows to relate pregnant woman to group of risk and take preventive and medicinal measures in due time, as well as choose the most adequate methods and time of delivery.
