FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to dentistry, and is intended for prevention of galvanosis in oral cavity. Set of metal working pieces with elements of fixation are made from different metal alloys. After that, provisional plastic crown is manufactured. Provisional crown with included sample of metal and additional tested samples of alloys are placed into artificial saliva for 1 hour. Electrochemical potential of each metal construction, present in oral cavity, is measured. Crown with included sample is introduced into patient's oral cavity, in the place of supposed prosthesis location. Electrochemical potential of sample is measured. Crown is extracted from oral cavity. First metal sample is removed from it. Next metal sample is fixed into freed space and crown with included sample is introduced into oral cavity. Electrochemical potential of each sample is measured. After testing all samples of the set, metal alloy, whose potential differs from potential of dental metal constructions, already present in said patient's oral cavity by not more than 80 mV is selected for future prosthesis.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to prevent development of electrochemical processes in oral cavity due to selection of metal allow for future orthopedic construction.
