FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to orthopedic dentistry and is intended for application in carrying out differential diagnostics of intolerance of metal constructions in oral cavity and vegeto-neurotic diseases (glossalgia). Successive isolation of metal constructions is carried out by application of mouth guard with elastic mass on metal constructions. Change of microcurrents is performed on remaining non-insulated construction. If values of microcurrents are to 15 mcA and there are no complaints from patient, conclusion about intolerance of insulated metal construction is made. If values of microcurrents are higher than 15 mcA and there are complaints from patients, mouth guard is applied on the next metal construction. If values of microcurrents are lower than 15 mcA, saliva pH is 6.9-7.0 and there are complaints from patient in case of all isolated metal constructions, conclusion about disease which is not associated with metal constructions in oral cavity is made.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to determine causes of galvanosis and intolerance of metal construction in oral cavity due to successive insulation of metal dental constructions from mucous membrane of oral cavity.
