FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely orthopedic dentistry, and can be used for individual selection of material for the manufacture of dental prosthetics in the oral cavity. Essence of the method lies in the fact that the potential difference in the oral cavity of the patient is measured and a spectrometric study of the oral fluid is carried out to determine the concentration of nickel ions and chromium ions. When the concentration of nickel ions is not more than 0.042 mcg/l, the concentration of chromium ions is not more than 0.0077 mcg/l, the potential difference is not more than 50 mV, perform sequential installation and fixation by means of composite cement of material probes intended for prosthetics of the patient, on the vestibular surface of the tooth, not participating in the act of chewing. Each probe is set for 5 days. Then, again, the potential difference is measured and a spectrometric study of the oral fluid is carried out to determine the concentration of chromium ions and nickel ions. For the prosthesis the material in which the concentration of nickel ions is not more than 0.050 mcg/l is chosen, the concentration of chromium ions is not more than 0.009 mcg/l, the indices of the potential difference are not higher than 80 mV and there are no complaints of the patient for heating in the mouth.
EFFECT: technical result: ensuring the possibility of individual selection with high accuracy and in a fairly short time the optimal material for prosthetics, both in primary prosthetics and with additional prosthetics, with existing metal structures in the oral cavity.
