FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to trachea surgery, and can be applied in treatment of tracheal stenoses. Method lies in bougienage of stenosis zone with rigid bronchoscope tube, after which stent is introduced into distal part of bronchoscope and intubation of trachea is performed, when bronchoscope is removed, stent is simultaneously pushed into lumen of trachea by means of plastic esophageal bougie. Stent represents fragment of intubation tube, which has on ends longitudinal cuts from the edge to the middle of tube to form petals which before installation of stent are heated and brought outward. Distal edge of rigid bronchoscope tube with fixed in it stent is installed above the zone of cicatricial stenosis. Grooves are located on lateral surfaces of stent, longitudinal cuts are up to 0.5 cm deep. Grooves on lateral surfaces of stent have diameter 0.5 cm, with depth equal 1/2-2/3 of stent wall thickness, and are located at distance 1.0 cm from each other. % cuts are made on stent ends. Bases of petals are heated to 50°C for 15 s and brought outward.

EFFECT: application of claimed invention makes it possible to ensure reliable fixation of stent in trachea lumen for desired time, then to remove it easily; with improvement of treatment due to prevention of tracheal restenosis formation.
