FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and can be used for treatment of ciliary body cyst (CBC). Nd-YAG -laser transpupillary discission of cyst wall from the side of vitreous body is carried out. For this purpose laser pulses are applied in 2-3 points on CBC until holes with laser radiation energy 5.0-7.0 mJ, wavelength 1064 nm, laser spot size on CBC surface 10 mcm, duration of laser radiation 0.3-0.5 s are applied. After that diode-laser photocoagulation of CBC by trans-scleral application of coagulates in projection of CBC base is performed. With 3-4 mm indent from limb, 4-6 coagulates are applied with output power of radiation 800-1100 mW, wavelength 810 nm, spot diameter on sclera surface 500 mcm, laser radiation exposure 5-7 s.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce CBC size, reduce risk of development of recurrences and complications due to small trauma of procedure.
