SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. For the combined treatment of glaucoma in combination with cataract, the first stage is transscleral cyclophotocoagulation in micropulse mode using a diode laser with a wavelength of 810 nm and an exposure of 80 s, along a circular arc 160° long in the lower and upper hemispheres of the eyeball, 3-4 mm from the limbus , with an energy of 1800-2500 mJ, with a duty cycle of 31.3%, a pulse duration of 0.5 ms, a period of 1.1 ms. Then, the second stage is cataract phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the duration of treatment, improve visual functions, reduce intraocular pressure, stabilize the glaucoma process, reduce the risk of side intra- and postoperative complications.
