FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and may be used in forging ingots and billets at hydraulic forging presses. Proposed device comprises holders of top and bottom heads with inclined surfaces and holders of side heads with inclined surfaces articulated with the former to allow the match between said inclined surfaces. Antifriction plates are mounted at aforesaid inclined surfaces. System feeding oil to sliding pairs comprises oil feed tank, cylinder, piston, valves and hoses. Channels are made in holders of side heads and antifriction plate. Cylinder is secured to side surface of bottom head holder. Piston is secured at side surface of top head holder to displace in cylinder at top head holder displacement. Piston position relative to top head holder can be adjusted by adjustment nuts. Oil feed tank is connected with cylinder. Cylinder is connected with channels of side head holders and antifriction plates via valves.
EFFECT: simplified oil feed system that requires no extra electric power source.
