FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method of drying and preliminary condensing of impregnates formed by a film material in the form of a cloth impregnated with synthetic resin. Such impregnates are used separately or in the form of a laminate formed by such impregnates, for instance, for coating of bases made of a wood material, for instance, when making panels for lining of surfaces, for instance, floors. In the method of drying and preliminary condensing of impregnating agents (impregnates) (14), formed by the film material in the form of a cloth impregnated with a synthetic resin with a dissolvent, added to make it possible to penetrate into the material in the form of a cloth, viscosity of the synthetic resin, which is used to impregnate the material in the form of a cloth, makes, for instance, from 20 mPas to 700 mPas and is measured with a Brookfield viscosimeter at 25°C, and the impregnating agent (impregnate) (14) is radiated for drying in a treatment device (10) by microwaves.
EFFECT: impregnates may be produced, which, despite the fact that impregnating resin does not contain melamine resin, are suitable for pressing with a base made of a wood material.
