FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: fine-grained material is heated and dried in a heating chamber with subsequent preliminary fluidisation and annealing in a furnace. At the same time the furnace comprises a heating chamber with a gas distribution grating, equipped with a feeder and connected to a sanitary cyclone, an annealing chamber with a circular gas distribution grating, comprising fuel burners and an overflow device inside a cylindrical cavity, from which a hot cyclone is installed, as well as a cooling chamber with a gas distribution grating, equipped with an air duct. Besides, the circular gas distribution grating of the annealing chamber is made with thin profiled blades and a guide partition, which separates the zone of material supply from the zone of its discharge. Fuel is supplied into burners tangentially to provide for its supply into a layer of a fluidised annealed material in the form of a rotary cone. Besides, the maximum diameter of a spray flare of the specified fuel burners is made as equal to the thickness of the fluidised material layer, and the flare length is provided as equal to the width of the fluidised material layer.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce irregularity of material annealing with simultaneous increase of furnace efficiency.
