FIELD: radio engineering, communications.
SUBSTANCE: device of aircraft landing with course or glideslope approach onto an aerodrome comprises a radar to detect the following: deviation of the target from the equisignal direction (radar), emitting a continuous signal with frequency modulation according to a single-sided serrated linearly increasing signal (non-linear frequency modulation signal), a channel of information transfer from a radar to an aircraft about deviation of the aircraft from the course or glideslope and an aircraft reradiating radar. At the same time the pilot lands the aircraft onto the aerodrome, if he or she receives information about the fact that at outlets of both microwave mixers of the radar the differential signals with frequency of …, 15Fdo, 11Fdo, 7Fdo, 3Fdo=3(2Vofo/C) - product of multiplication of non-linear frequency modulation signals radiated and reflected from an airplane or reradiated by the aircraft radar, start generating simultaneously, where C - speed of light, fo - average frequency of the non-linear frequency modulation signal selected from the following condition: Do/Vo=fo/Fmdfm, Fm and dfm are accordingly modulation frequency and deviation of frequency of the non-linear frequency modulation signal, Do and Vo are selected available values of distance and speed.
EFFECT: increased reliability of aircraft landing, which is achieved due to faster and more accurate detection of a sign of a mismatch error between actual and real values of the course and glideslope at the final stage of aircraft landing onto an aerodrome.
