FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: method is implemented as per implementation means of radar for shaping of command for launching of protective ammunition using one common super-high-frequency (SHF) transmitter of continuous signal with frequency modulation as per one-sided saw-like linearly increasing law. Radar used for shaping of command for launching of protective ammunition includes two receiving-and-transmitting antennae, SHF transmitter of continuous signal with frequency modulation as per one-sided saw-like linearly increasing law, two SHF mixers, two filters of difference frequencies, two signal detectors of narrow-band frequency spectrum and phase detector actuated along the front with sign retention, which are connected to each other in a certain manner.
EFFECT: reduction of mass and dimensions and cost parameters of radar shaping commands for launching of protective ammunition, and improvement of their operating reliability.
