SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, immunology, medicine. An expression vector based on human adenovirus 5 serotype with deletion of E1 and E3 regions, carrying a modified hemagglutinin gene of influenza A virus of antigenically distant subtype H1, capable of inducing cross-protective immunity against infection caused by influenza A viruses of subtype H1 pathogenic to humans, without the effect of antigenic imprinting when administered to a subject as part of a pharmaceutical composition or influenza vaccine. A pharmaceutical composition based on it is also presented. The invention can be used in the pharmaceutical industry for the production of influenza vaccines.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to create a viral vector expressing the gene of the target antigen that induces immunity to various strains of the human influenza A virus subtype H1 without the effect of antigenic imprinting, which can be used as a pharmaceutical composition for the prevention of influenza A subtype H1, and also be part of an influenza vaccine.
