FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy. Proposed device comprises first dielectric isolating shield, first and second opposed electrodes are divided by passage for porous material provided with powder. Said electrodes are designed to induce variable electric field in aforesaid passage after their connection to variable voltage generator. Said first dielectric shield electrically isolates said first and second electrodes at the passage level. First electrode comprises, at least, two conducting strips, each having inner surface coated with dielectric shield to face second electrode, and lengthwise edge extending along separation groove. Said strips are divided by separation groove and electrically interconnected.
EFFECT: longer life.
