FIELD: packaging industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to unloading of high-viscosity and high-hardening products from containers for storage and transportation. The method of heating and discharging the high-viscosity products from the container is in the selection of cold product from the bottom part of the container, its circulation heating in an external heat exchanger. Supply of the heated product to channel entrance of selection of cold product from the container to the heating system is carried out at a rate that provides the necessary flow of the cold product to pump on a path of circulation. Supply of the remaining heated product is carried out in the locations remote from the site of selection of cold product from the container. When all the product in the container is heated, the circulation heating is terminated and all the product is drained from the container. By reducing the temperature of the coolant and/or the temperature of the product at the outlet of the heat exchanger below the accepted levels at the maximum coolant flow the total flow rate of the product on a path of circulation is reduced to a value that provides temperature increase of the coolant and the product after the heat exchanger to acceptable values.

EFFECT: preventing clogging of the coolant return line and its destruction by freezing of the coolant in the winter period, while maintaining the temperature potential of the heated product supplied to the container.
