SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrochemical corrosion protection of underground and underwater structures. The device contains photovoltaic panels, a wind generator, pulse amplitude shaping unit, an anode ground electrode, a reference electrode, a protector, and a breaker. The input of the pulse amplitude shaping unit is connected to the reference electrode, and the other input is connected to the protected structure, which is also connected to the input of the breaker, the output of which is connected to the protector. The device includes stabilization and energy matching unit, an anode breaker, and an intelligent control unit. The inputs of the energy stabilization and matching unit are connected to the outputs of the wind generator and photovoltaic panels, and the outputs are connected to the inputs of the intelligent control unit and the inputs of the pulse amplitude shaping unit. The input of the anode breaker is connected to the output of the pulse amplitude shaping unit, and the output is connected to the anode ground electrode. A two-way data exchange port is installed in the intelligent control unit, which is connected to a two-way data exchange port of the pulse amplitude shaping unit.
